Our son love this pair of shoes, he wears it to church or just to a party. He said that they are nice and comfy he can run with them because the have rubber soles. WE think that they are elegant as well. WE give 5 stars for them!! Very Good!

Despite the description provided by Amazon these shoes are NOT leather. To quote the label on the inner toungue:
"Upper: Simulated Leather"
"Balance Man Made Materials"
"Made in China"
So I assume the difference between "Simulated Leather" and "Man Made Materials" is that the upper comes from the simulated cow, grown who knows where,out of who knows what...
Well return them, I hear you say - but unfortunately for me I do not live in the USA and would have to spend an additional $20 to return a $30 pair of shoes, which have already cost me $20 in shipping to receive them in the first place...
This is the EXACT reason I use Amazon as I feel that they are (were?)one of the online retailers I could trust...
Perhaps no longer...
